At Lekky Studio, every piece is carefully handcrafted in our studio in the Netherlands. Most of our products are made to order, meaning they are produced specifically after your purchase rather than kept in stock.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable European consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Include proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our mistake or the item arrived damaged.
Made-to-order & custom items
Because most products are handcrafted specifically for each order, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom signs
- Personalized products
- Commissioned artwork
- Made-to-order items produced specifically for your order

Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@lekkystudio.com.
Order cancellations
Because many of our products enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests can only be accepted before production has started.
If production has already begun, your order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
